**Job Description**:
**You** bring our global I&D strategy to life for our colleagues, customers & partners in your local Country Sales Market and you develop proposals for local actions and partnerships that are relevant for the Country Sales Market along with Sustainability and Public Affairs.You foster a network with external experts to support our I&D strategy and you collaborate with local functions to attract and retain diverse talents and to encourage cultural change internally.

Your key responsibilities:
**Strategy & Implementation**
- Implement the regional I&D strategy for our colleagues, customers & partners in your local Country Sales Market
- Adapt I&D initiatives, trainings and locally relevant commercial drivers to the local needs and secure implementation and evaluation processes (together with Sales, HR & PR)
- Support & secure implementation and evaluation processes of relevant trainings and locally relevant information (together with Sales, HR & PR in the Country Sales Market(s))

**Collaboration & Engagement**
- Collaborate with local functions to attract and retain diverse talents and to encourage cultural change internally
- Develop proposals for local actions and partnerships that are relevant for the Country Sales Market along with Sustainability and Public Affairs
- You foster a network with external experts to our I&D strategy
- You identify upcoming trends, laws, regulations, etc that may have an impact on our I&D and Public Affairs work

**Follow up**
- You drive regular and transparent evaluation of the results that enable our organisation to hold itself accountable and communicate the progress
- You follow-up on progress achieved with Regional I&D manager & Country Sales Market Manager

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Degree level education
- 3+ years of experience in a role focusing on people and a diverse & inclusive corporate culture

**Skills**
- Empathetic leader with a demonstrated ability to listen and coach others effectively
- Skilled self-starter that can confidently initiate and organise projects without following a set framework
- Passionate about continuous learning, with a natural curiosity and desire to engage with others on various topics
- Excellent verbal communication and networking skills, both internally with colleagues but also externally with stakeholders
- Fluent in English and the main Country Sales Market local language
- Competent with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Must be flexible and able to multi-task on multiple projects/events at one time

**Experience**
- Experience of working for a multinational business would be advantageous
