**Your future plans**
- Collaborate with the D&I team at RWE AG to implement the global D&I strategy
- Support the development of target group specific measures, for example workshops and events like Diversity & Inclusion Week
- Be creative and independently support our various diversity networks
- Develop presentations and workshop materials
- Take over and enhance the internal collaboration platforms on the topic of D&I
- Expand your knowledge with research activities and analyses on current D&I trends, bring your ideas into the team and strengthen the implementation of new offerings
- Independently work on individual work packages of larger projects such as tools, KPI dashboards and processes
- Collaboration in an international team - where the daily working language is English
- You can expect exciting, challenging and varied tasks in an area of strategic importance
**Your powerful skills**
- You are at least in the 3rd semester of a bachelor's or master's degree program (business -, humanities-, communication-, or social sciences such as gender studies)
- You show a deep interest in the topics of D&I and understand their role in the context of corporate culture
- You have a structured and independent way of working as well as a high degree of conscientiousness
- You enjoy working in a team and with an open feedback culture
- Digital savvy, excellent Office 365 skills (especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel)
- You possess good written and spoken German and English skills
**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Ideally, you have previous experience from comparable activities (internships, working student activities, etc.)
