**What you'll do**
You will:
- Join our central team based in Walldorf virtually (as well as on-site) and closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
- Support the team in meeting preparation, workshop facilitation, moderation, and follow-ups
- Work on strategic transformation concepts (e.g. change plans, change architecture etc.)
- Create transparency through data analysis
- Conduct interviews and / or surveys and derive action items and recommendations
This role offers a broad and diverse array of learning and development opportunities:
- Learn how to lead change in a vital way
- Learn about and implement change management methodologies incl. change monitoring
- Deepen your project management and communication skills
- Extend your network and visibility within SAP SE
As a working student (f/m/d), your working hours will be flexible with a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break.
**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: business administration, economic, political or social sciences, psychology or related field
- Computer skills: very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
- Soft skills: creative and curious, can-do attitude, reliable, team-oriented, ability to drive topics independently and open-mindedly, analytical
- Others: first work experience gained (internship or working student position), experience with transformation/change management topics is a plus

The SAP S/4HANA Organizational Development team belongs to the SAP S/4HANA COO team that accompanies strategic transformation initiatives and aims at creating a fruitful and productive environment for SAP S/4HANA employees with their day-to-day tasks.
