We're fast-growing and full of flavor (literally and strategically). Now, we want our SEO and digital presence to be as sharp as our crust. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer & SEO Specialist who knows how to: - Use the right tools (AI, Analytics, SEO platforms), - Build a strong content & SEO foundation (on our Wix site), - And most importantly: bring in qualified traffic that converts into real catering orders. This is not a fluff role. We want someone who can plan smart and execute fast. **Responsibilities**: - Perform a full on-site SEO audit (structure, metadata, mobile UX, internal linking) - Set up or fix Wix SEO settings (Meta, H1s, Alt Texts, Slugs, Indexing) - Implement a bilingual (EN/DE) SEO structure with clean slugs and proper hreflang - Use tools like Search Console, GA4, Hotjar to set up meaningful KPIs - Create or optimize landing pages for target keywords (e.g. "Pizza Catering Berlin") - Develop structured data (Schema Markup) for LocalBusiness, FAQ, etc. - Suggest & manage AI-powered content plans (for blog, meta descriptions, etc.) - Collaborate on local SEO and Google Business Profile management - Optional: Coordinate small paid ad experiments (Google / Social) You Should Be Great At: - SEO tools: Ahrefs / Semrush / Screaming Frog / Ubersuggest - Web CMS: Comfortable working in Wix (or learning it quickly) - Analytics: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console - AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Canva AI, etc. - Writing: clear, concise copy for landing pages and meta fields (EN; DE is a plus) - Strategic thinking: balancing long-term SEO and short-term traffic growth - Local SEO & review strategy (big plus) Bonus if you... - Understand B2B catering or hospitality marketing - Have worked with food brands before - Speak German (not a must, but helpful for DE content) - Can show before/after SEO wins with data What We Offer - A clear, prepared SEO roadmap - Full access to our Wix site & brand assets - The chance to see your work drive real orders, fast - Flexible working hours & async-friendly team - Friendly and honest communication How to Apply Send us: - Your LinkedIn profile or portfolio - A few words about your experience with SEO for local businesses - (Optional) A quick line about one AI tool you love using in marketing Subject line: SEO Growth at Storia Let’s turn clicks into pizza orders.
