Working in a team environment responding to customer queries and correspondence through written and verbal communication.
To process and manage sales orders and amendments for Central Europe (CE)
To provide a friendly and responsive service to Customers placing orders and making enquiries

Phone service to customers
Order, Quote, Contract, Return, Credit
- and Debit notes execution via SAP R3
Support and coordinate outside sales and customers for Industrial Markets with main Focus on M&E
Check on delivery date - expediting
Regular information to customers on availability of goods - backlog review
correspondence with international Pall manufacturing plants and documentation in German and English language
Oversee and maintain Customer Portal´s in BU M&E
Regularly attend Daily Management and monitor KPIs
