**Wir suchen Verstärkung**:
**Was Sie erwartet**:
- Leitung des akademischen Personals des Standorts im Sinne der hochschulischen und unternehmensbezogenen Zielstellungen (Vorgesetztenfunktion)
- Weiterentwicklung des Standortes in Bezug auf Angebote und Attraktivität
- Abstimmung mit dem Dekanat und anderen Standorten des Fachbereichs
- Personaleinsatzplanung und Sicherstellung des Lehrbetriebs am Standort
- Standortübergreifende Mitgestaltung und Weiter
- entwicklung der inhaltlichen und methodisch-didaktischen Konzeption von Studiengängen
- Forschung/Publikationstätigkeit im vertretenen Fachgebiet
- Perspektive auf eine übergeordnete akademische Leitungsposition am Standort
- Übernahme einer Professur im Fachbereich Wirtschaft & Medien, Lehrtätigkeiten
- Englischsprachige Vorlesungen in den Bereichen Data Management, Technical Applications, System Engineering, Quality Management, and Digital Transformation Management
- Erfahrungen aus dem Bereichen Finance
- and Risk Management sind von Vorteil
**Was Sie mitbringen**:
- Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung sowie eine überdurchschnittliche einschlägige Promotion, Berufungsfähigkeit nach Hessischem Hochschulgesetz
- Wünschenswert, insbesondere für die mögliche anschließende Leitungsfunktion, sind erste Führungserfahrungen, idealerweise in (akademischer) Leistungsfunktion, Personal
- und Budgetverantwortung
- Hohe Serviceorientierung, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten
- Engagement und Innovationskraft, um die erfolgreiche Weiterentwicklung unserer Hochschule mitzugestalten
- Freude an der Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung neuer Lehrkonzepte
- Leidenschaft für Lehre und Forschung
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
