**Challenges that let you grow**:

- Support and advice our internal and external clients- Preparation, validation and signing of bilateral credit agreements, collateral and security trust agreement incl. amendments- Legal check of external contracts- Negotiation with external lawyers, financial institutions and customers- Advising sales staff regarding contractual questions- Monitoring of conclusion of contracts and collateral**Skills that convince**:

- Legal education, Bachelor or Master Degree in law- Qualified bank clerk (desirable)- At least 3-5 years of experience in drafting & negotiation of contracts for Corporate Banking clients within the given framework- Banking knowledge with 3-5 years of experience- Characteristics such as team ability, communication strength and flexibility- Fluent in English in speaking & writing**What we offer**:
