**KINDLY SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH** **TLScontact Germany is looking for a full-time Visa Centre Agent in Berlin for a renewable period of 12 months.** Working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm from Monday to Friday. The Visa Centre Agent has the responsibility for handling Visa Applications in accordance with company processes. **Your Key Responsibilities will be**: - Handling day-to-day Visa Applications in line with our Client processes: - Greeting Visa applicants and answering their questions - Collecting bio-metric data (picture & finger-print) - Proposing & selling "Added Value Services" (AVS) to our Visa applicants according to their needs (courier services, premium services etc ) - Providing a first-class service and a positive customer experience - Flagging to Management situations or issues that may give rise to concern - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Visa centre **Essential Requirements**: - Languages **:fluent in English**, - Proficiency in German or another language would be a plus - Experience in a face-to-face customer service role - Working in a fast-paced and at times highly pressured environment - Competent technology skills in particular with MS Office **What we offer**: - Salary: 2,350 EUR monthly/gross - Sales bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 15% monthly based on collective team performance - A company pension scheme for employees with 1 year seniority - A diverse and multicultural environment within a global organization **Recruitment steps**: Pay: 2.350,00€ per month Work Location: In person
