Company HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH Full time / Part time: The position can be filled in full or part time. Summary We are looking for a "CFO Joint Venture & Controller (f/m/d)" for the "F&C Optronics" division at the Wetzlar site as soon as possible. The "F&C Optronics" division is responsible for all commercial tasks of the site including the performance of management and control tasks to realize the business objectives. Your Tasks- External representation of the GbR / joint venture in and out of court as commercial managing director- Commercial contact person for the CEO and all areas of the GbR / joint venture as well as for the CFO of Optronics- Managing all measures to ensure the long-term profitability (EBITDA) and value enhancement of the joint venture to implement the business plan in cooperation with the management team- Managing all measures to secure the necessary financial resources for the GbR /joint venture- Ensuring proper commercial processes and procedures and assuming responsibility for controlling within the GbR / joint venture in compliance with all legal requirements- Ensuring the PMI process and adherence to compliance standards- Reporting to the Advisory Board and to the joint venture's shareholders as well as reporting on key financial figures- Developing proposals and initiating measures on the basis of analyses carried out- Preparation of plans (operational planning, forecasts, scenarios, capacity utilization planning)- Commercial offer preparation / calculation for offers and taking over the commercial part of the contract negotiations from the joint venture / GbR Your Profile- Completed studies in business administration or comparable- Extensive professional experience in finance and / or controlling- Experience in project and proposal management- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of SAP (SD / PS module)- Knowledge of public price law advantageous- Very good communication skills, assertiveness and a strong ability to work in a team- Analytical, structured and networked way of working- Business fluent German and English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
