D365 F&o Technical Architect

Your Mission:

- Ensure technical requirements align with user requirements and performance goals and that technical direction is consistent with our business strategy.
- Reviews technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability
- Have a deep understanding of the D365 F&O technology stack and the peripheral technologies that can be leveraged such as Azure, Azure SQL, CDS and Power Apps.
- Work closely with Solution Architect and Engineering Team to conceive high level solutions and document them into relevant deliverable documents like Solution Design Document and Functional Specifications
- Ensures adherence to all quality management plans and standards by participating in quality management reviews.
- Performs technical design and aligns Reports, Interfaces, Data Migration and Extension customization requests
- Ensures that internal development guidelines are understood and applied by the engineering team

Your Story:

- 5+ years of ERP technical implementation (AX 2009, AX 2012, D365 F&O) and integration experience working in enterprise level organizations
- Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps
- You have a deep understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies, which is why you understand the business needs and are able to transform them into great technical solutions
- Experience with D365FO interfacing and integration
- Knowledge in gathering technical requirements
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations in the following technical areas:

- Data Management Framework (aka DIXF)
- PowerApps, LogicApps, Common Data Service and other Azure Services including Azure Functions, Azure Blob and Table Storage, Azure Event Grid, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management
- Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous integration patterns
- Extension approach to customization versus overlayering
- Role-based security design and customization
- Extensible Data Security
- Code build and deployment via Visual Studio Team Services and LifeCycle Services
- Azure DevOps including source control, work item tracking, build and release management
- Configuring and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines, including automated builds and deployments
- Microsoft Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT)
- Good understanding of functional capabilities of D365FO
