**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will further develop and implement our data analytics strategy with a focus on creating insights through data.
- You will identify new opportunities where data analytics can provide competitive advantages.
- You will define, implement, and advance our use and understanding of data analytics through the adoption of the latest functionalities for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- You will oversee our current data analytics tool portfolio (mainly Power BI and Qlik Cloud) and ensure reliable services and platforms, scalability, and continuous improvement, fostering a self-service BI and analytics culture across the organization.
- You will integrate data analytics within other technologies like AI to maximize the impact of our digital transformation in IT and in business,
- You will ensure that our data analytics communities and data analytics literacy at Siemens Healthineers continue to grow.
- You will lead, mentor, and develop a global team of service owners, data analysts, and business intelligence professionals.
- You will embed the use of analytics for better decision making along the business and enterprise process chain.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have a degree in computer science, medical information technology, mathematics, business information technology, data engineering or similar.
- You have longterm experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- You have many years of experience in a leadership or managerial functional and disciplinary role.
- You have a proven track record of driving business impact through data analytics and generating insights.
- You have strong expertise in BI and data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Cloud).
- You have a deep understanding and experience in Machine Learning and AI technologies (e.g., Python, Azure AI, Agentic AI).
- You have strong experience in database technologies, data injection and data processing.
- You understand Enterprise Architecture thinking and governance and have experience in solutions architecture for data analyticsYou have several years of experience working in IT in international, cross-functional teams.

**Your attributes and skills**:

- Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in an international environment and on all levels.
- German language skills are a plus.
- You bring a vision for the future of data analytics and work creatively and independently to find solutions to implement it.
- You bring the ability to define and execute a data strategy that aligns with business goal, and you would enjoy defining the future of data analytics at Siemens Healthineers.
- You combine technical knowledge with strong communication, presentation, data visualization and data storytelling and leadership skills.
- You stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.You are passionate about helping our organization to get the best insights into data and to consolidate a data-driven mindset for better decision making.
