**Job Summary**:
The HR Generalist will be responsible to look after the Belden Sichert location in Berlin and will act as main contact for all HR-related matters for the team.

**Responsibilities**:
The main responsibilitieswill cover:

- Act as local HR contact for all HR-Related questions from the team
- Prepare input for the monthly payroll, including time overview and absence / attendance sheet monitoring
- HR Administration across the employee life cycle
- Ensuring execution of HR processes like Performance and Talent Management or Salary Cycle
- Support and execute global activities like Be Well and Connect with Community on site
- Drive culture and employee engagement with the team

**Required Skills and Experience**

Several years of experience as HR Generalist

good knowledge of German labor law

Being able to deal with change and foster a positive work environment

Experience in working in an international matrix environment

Open and transparent communication

Ability to communicate fluently in German and English
