Quality Assurance Officer

**Your tasks**
- Quality assurance: Support in the development, implementation and realisation of quality assurance measures to ensure product and process quality.
- Process optimisation: Analysis and improvement of existing quality assurance processes in order to achieve continuous improvement.
- Documentation and reporting: Creation and maintenance of quality documentation, analyses and statistics as well as regular reporting to management.
- Error and complaint management: Analysing and processing customer complaints and internal quality deviations as well as initiating and following up on corrective measures.
- Audits: Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 9001) as well as follow-up and resolution of audit deviations.
- Training and counselling: Conducting training courses for employees on quality assurance and compliance with quality standards.
- Supplier quality management: Collaboration with suppliers to ensure the quality of materials and delivered products.
- Risk management: Identification of risks in production processes and development of measures to minimise risks

**Requirements**:

- University degree in quality management, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality assurance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma) and familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
- Confident handling of quality tools and software, e.g. ERP systems and statistical analysis tools
- Analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, good communication and presentation skills and a team-orientated way of working
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with quality management software is an advantage
