**Responsibilities**:

- Close collaboration with and support of key-users within the different procurement functions (indirect & direct) throughout EMEA
- Close collaboration with Business Architects supporting procurement-relevant process and functionalities in SAP (MM) within the different procurement functions (indirect & direct) throughout EMEA
- Create requirements and Change Requests for the SAP system in a specified area
- Coordinate incident registration and resolution, primarily focusing on ‘bug-fixing’
- Support the central key-user for Process design, set-up validation and verification
- Continuity improvement of the IT Business processes in a specified area
- Support colleagues about detailed process and System knowledge
- Conduct and support system tests (Unit Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test) in a specified area
- Coordinate overall system data integrity, data quality and data cleansing activities
- Preparation and conduction of process and IT system trainings in a specified area
- Introduce new locally hired employees into the system and local ‘way-of-working
- Maintaining local training data and training exercises
- Localize training material for country specific needs
- Second Level Support and First point of contact for users (who are experiencing difficulties with the system or business process, or when advice is needed)
- Represent the local subsidiary in central organized Key User Events (KU Community)
- Identification of system improvements
- Create requirements and Change Requests

Your qualification

Education
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent apprenticeshipExperience
- Minimum 3 years professional experience
- Preferably having worked as SAP key-user (e. g. MM, PP)
- Experience in the process managementSoft skills
- Good communication
- Well organized
- Team player
- Languages German / English advanced
