As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to become an important member of a busy marketing team.

Reporting to the Head of Campaigns EU you will help to deliver EU marketing activity with a focus on Influencer marketing but will also support with partnerships, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities to reach and engage MPB customers.

As one key part of our strategy is to offer Hands On kit loans with attendees at MPB events and with our key partners (Influencers, Content partners, journalists) besides Influencer management you will be supporting in the organisation of these.

You will be managing Influencer activity for all EU markets. This includes researching, reaching out and coordinate with the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns increasing our brand awareness amongst photographers & videographers of all abilities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support the team in sourcing Influencers and other creative collaborators to work with based on a set of criteria & briefs to support ongoing & new campaigns
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with relevant influencers
- Manage communication with Influencers and creative collaborators
- Track success of Influencer program
- Facilitate Hands On Kit loans by working with internal teams to plan ahead, oversee completion of the required legal documentation & book in deliveries & collections for customers
- Fulfil the requirements needed to plan and execute Hands On kit loans for events & partnerships.
- Liaising with event attendees & partners to organise Hands On kit loans in a timely manner inline with deadlines.
- Support the team with operational tasks at office location and on site at events.

**What you'll need**

We are looking for a passionate marketeer who is eager to learn and who is a cut above the rest:

- First experience in Influencer management
- Ability to work well cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Extremely organised and possess the ability and desire to work in close cooperation with others to achieve results on time.
- Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions
- Drive and self-motivation
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Proficient in G-suite

**Even Better If**
- Possesses in depth knowledge about photography & camera kit
- Knowledgeable about the photography industry
- Possesses German language skills
