We're now looking for a mission-critical senior executive to shape our next chapter of growth. As we enter a new phase of global expansion, we are hiring a visionary yet hands-on **Global Head of Marketing**. We're seeking an entrepreneurial leader with deep, end-to-end marketing expertise—from brand and product marketing to demand generation and operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, your mission will be to transform an already strong marketing team into a cutting-edge, insight-driven, AI-enabled powerhouse. You will lead and scale a world-class global team of 15+ marketing specialists across all key functions. Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and results. - **Set the strategic agenda**: Define and drive a bold, global marketing strategy that positions NavVis as the most recognized, trusted, and loved name in reality capture and digital twins—driving awareness, growth, and brand strength. - **Be a core business leader**: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to guide our customers from awareness to long-term value. As part of the executive team, you will help shape company strategy and ensure marketing is a key growth driver. - **Elevate the brand**: Shape a beloved, future-forward brand that resonates across roles, industries, and geographies. - **Scale demand globally**: Own the demand generation strategy, enabling regional and functional teams to drive measurable pipeline and customer growth through integrated, data-driven campaigns. - **Build the marketing engine**: Implement the tools, systems, and processes needed to power a performance-driven, AI-enabled marketing organization. **What will help you succeed in the role**: - **Proven leadership**: You've built and led high-performing global marketing teams across all functions—from brand and product to operations and demand generation. You have experience leading other people leaders and are known for fostering strong team spirit and followership. - **Cutting-edge marketing expertise**: You bring extensive experience in B2B—and ideally B2C—marketing. You understand product and content marketing at a hands-on level and know how to build toolchains that drive automation and insights. You're fluent in marketing psychology and data/AI-driven strategies. - **Entrepreneurial mindset**: You've built lasting content, campaigns, tools, and organizations. You've also coached and developed future marketing stars and leaders. - **Curiosity and growth mindset**: You're eager to dive deep into our markets, customers, technology, and products.
