Inhouse Jurist (w/m/d) - Immobilienrecht
**(Senior) Legal Counsel in Berlin**:

**Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet**:

- Du berätst die Fachabteilungen in immobilien
- und mietbezogenen Fragestellungen aus rechtlicher Sicht
- Du verhandelst und erstellst Verträge, insbesondere Mietverträge
- Du begleitest Immobilienkäufe und -verkäufe
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig tägliche Rechtsfragen und bist Ansprechpartner für externe Anwälte

**Dein Profil**:

- Volljurist ab 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Immobilienrecht
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Compliance gesammelt
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert und kannst dich gut selbst organisieren
- Du bringst eine selbständige Arbeitsweise mit
- Du bist ein Teamplayer
