**Job summary**

We are seeking a **Head of Cloud Transformation Practice** to guide our customers through their Cloud Transformation journey, helping them realize the full value of Atlassian Cloud. This role involves not just migrating data to the Cloud, but fundamentally reshaping how teams work across the organization.

This practice will focus on four core pillars:
**Cloud Transformation** - Helping teams adopt new ways of working, whether they’re still on Data Center or already in the Cloud.

**AI & Automation** - Driving smarter collaboration, productivity, and value delivery.

**Data & Analytics** - Empowering decision-making through better visibility, accuracy, and insight.

**Enterprise Expansion** - Supporting the adoption of Atlassian tools across business teams like HR, Finance, Legal, and more.

Reporting to the CSO (Chief Solutions Officer), you will manage, develop, and drive the profitability of your practice around the key pillars, playing a strategic role in creating new opportunities, optimizing resources, and ensuring continuous improvement to guarantee client satisfaction and Valiantys' profitability.

**Your Responsibilities**

**Business Strategy**: Develop strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. Identify key partnerships and anticipate market needs;

**Financial Performance**: Manage the annual practice budget, optimize profitability, and track KPIs to monitor growth and customer satisfaction;

**Sales Support**: Develop compelling solutions with clear value proposition and go-to-market strategies;

**Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales, Solution Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to develop compelling commercial solutions and ensure smooth onboarding of new practice members;

**Leadership and Transversal Team Management**: Lead and mentor a team of practice leads and members, enhance their development and optimize resource allocation;

**Do you have what it takes to be our new Head of Cloud Transformation Practice?**

You are a proven leader in Cloud Transformation, with a track record of driving value across both technical and business teams in consulting, solution strategy within IT or enterprise SaaS. You have experience with Atlassian Cloud and/or adjacent cloud ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, etc.) and are familiar with Product/Software Development/DevEx, Enterprise Service Management, and Enterprise Strategy & Planning. We seek someone with a strategic vision, a customer-first mindset, and leadership qualities to drive this next evolution forward

This role is hybrid and can be based anywhere where we have an european office: London, Paris, Berlin or Rotterdam. A native or fluent level in English is essential for this position.
