Your Job:

- You control and are responsible for the Infrastructure, Service Desk, Application Management and Security teams
- Responsibility for IT risk management, data protection and vulnerability analysis
- You are responsible for the operation, further development and modernization of our local and cloud infrastructure. In addition, you lead the migration to the cloud.
- You establish and continuously optimize standard processes in our rapidly growing environment.
- Optimization of IT systems and ensuring constant IT operation
- You take care of resource management and manage the budget for your team

You Background
- You have experience in the management of IT security projects as well as knowledge of modern IT
- You convince with your own initiative, pronounced hands-on mentality and organizational talent.
- You are strong in communication, both verbally and in writing, and are open, empathetic and committed to people. You can always be counted on.
- You are a visionary in the IT sector, have an eye for the big picture and can create links between technologies and business needs.
- You have very good analytical skills, a very good ability to abstract, a quick grasp and a high willingness to learn.
