Your tasks- Global responsibility for the "HCM Core" module of our worldwide leading HR system "Workday"- Interface for the HCM Core processes between the HR Process Owners/ functional owners from the Centers of Excellence and the HR IT- Coordination of the implementation of the functional requirements in an agile setup- Definition of a roadmap for the HCM Core module- Release management for further development of the system- Close collaboration with the other module owners from Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Compensation and Learning, among others, for the purpose of defining the overall strategy for the further development of Workday- Lead and participate in projects (e.g. One HR 2.0, Workday Authorization Project, Workday - SAP interface redesign project) What we are looking for- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor / Master) in economics, business administration (ideally with a focus on human resources), business informatics or a comparable qualification- Independent, solution-oriented approach, initiative, high level of commitment, reliability as well as a strong ability to work in a team- Conceptual skills as well as structured and analytical way of working- High customer orientation- Workday knowledge, especially of HCM core processes, is an advantage- Fluent English, German is not required- Project experience What we offer- State-of-the-art working environment with the latest technology- Early assumption of responsibility and varied tasks- Extensive training and development opportunities- Actively promoted work-life balance, e.g. with sports and fitness programs- Respectful and appreciative corporate culture Have we convinced you?
