- Von unserem Standort Düsseldorf aus planen und gestalten wir unsere Leit
- und Weltmessen, und suchen Dich schnellstmöglich als Event Operations Executive (m/w/d) (Vollzeit).- Was dich erwartet:- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung unserer Messen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern
- Koordination und Betreuung von Ausstellern, Sponsoren und Partnern
- Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle, inklusive Kostenüberwachung und Einhaltung des vorgegebenen Budgets
- Durchführung von Nachbewertungen der Events und Erstellung von Ergebnisberichten
- Management von Logistik, einschließlich Auf
- und Abbau, Transport und Lagerung von Materialien
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der Veranstaltung, einschließlich Problemmanagement vor Ort- Das bringst du mit:- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ausreichend Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich Messe
- oder Großveranstaltungen
- Ausgeprägte Organisations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Hervorragende Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch

- Coordination and support of exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
- Conducting post-event evaluations and preparing result reports
- Assisting in budget planning and control, including cost monitoring and adherence to the set budget
- Managing logistics, including setup and dismantling, transport, and storage of materials
- Ensuring a smooth operation of the event, including on-site problem management- What you bring with you:- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Sufficient professional experience in event management, ideally in the area of trade fairs or large events
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
