We are looking for a Field Visual Merchandiser for the western part of Germany.

Our Field VM is the gatekeeper of the execution of the brand VM. Responsible for the development of VM through operational excellence in visiting & implementing the VM guidelines in our own Scotch & Soda Stores.

Part of the job is to inspire our customers by the best presentation & onsite trainings and structured communication with the in store Visual Merchandise Ambassador (VMA). Developing the skills of the VMA in implementing the right product placement within the Scotch VM DNA and Scotch trends, in combination with the right detailing that we as a brand draw so much attention to, will help contribute to the best customer experience.

**What will you do?**
- Participating in the development of the VMA to inspire customers, improve sales (results) and help further emphasise the distinctive qualities of Scotch through Visual Merchandising.
- Responsible for the correct implementation and execution of the visual merchandising of our own stores in your region.
- Responsible of the visual merchandising for new store openings and additional activations in line with Scotch VM standards.
- Responsible for the appearance of the store windows.
- Works closely with the VM Manager, Area Manager, Store Manager, In
- Store-VM-Ambassador.
- Responsible for the development of the VMA through on site trainings and structured communication with the store, VMA and Store Manager.
- Responsible for the development of seasonal VM training sessions.
- Read and understand the KPI to adapt the VM strategy to these.

We are looking for someone naturally visually inclined to recognise aesthetics. You have good training, communication, coordinative and organizational skills. You are a creative thinker and challenge solver. Your attention to details is high and a perfectionist mindset. You are genuinely interested in product placement and visual merchandising, what makes customers choose products based on how they are presented. Furthermore:

- Fluent in German and English.
- Drivers license (B).
- Extensive affinity for fashion and always ware of the latest trends and developments.
- Proven experience in a similar position at a fashion-oriented organisation in Field management and/ or a high volume/ fast paced flagship location.
- Independence and the ability to be a team player.
- Training, coordinative and organisational skills.
- Creative and an innovative thinker.
- A flexible and enthusiastic attitude.
- A strong aesthetics sense, an eye for detail and a perfectionist mindset.
- Willingness to travel between different stores.
- Capability of translation figures into an inspirational presentation.
