**You will make an impact in the following way**:

- Provide visionary leadership, guidance, and direction to the Customer Service team to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction
- Establish clear and achievable goals and performance expectations for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Evaluate standard processes regularly and spearhead organizational improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, delivery performance, cost optimization, and overall customer satisfaction
- Foster seamless collaboration with Credit Control, Material Management, Warehouse and Distribution, Demand Management, Sales, and other relevant departments to streamline operations and address customer needs effectively
- Cultivate and nurture productive relationships with Solution and Channel sales teams, Customer Innovation Center, and other internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of sales and marketing strategies, goals, programs, and market conditions to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Effectively manage time and resources to ensure the achievement of departmental KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and responsiveness to customer requests
- Prepare comprehensive reports on KPIs and Business Performance for Order Fulfilment Leadership, taking ownership of critical metrics such as OTD, escalation processes, past due orders, and creation of POVs (monthly/quarterly)

**What you will bring**:

- Education - Academic degree in Business Administration or comparable background and experience
- Experience - Proven track record in customer service/sales roles, including successful team management, comprehensive system knowledge, and operational proficiency within Sales/Customer Service environments, coupled with a strong grasp of order processing, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Tools - SAP, BPCS and Salesforce knowledge preferable, high affinity for technical programs (e.g. Excel, Business Intelligence tools, QlikSense)
- Personality - Analyzes processes adeptly, transforming complex data into clear reports, committed to meeting customer expectations by delivering precise and timely information, provides essential information for effective decision-making, fostering a positive team environment
- Willingness to travel - 25 % within Europe
- Language proficiency - Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
