**Role responsibility**:

- Responsibility for contract reviews, contract negotiations, and drafting
- Carrying out risk analyses and advising the tender teams during the offer phase and internal approval processes
- Creating internal Group templates and (contract) sample texts for the specialist departments
- Support and collaboration in (group-wide) initiatives to optimize tender and contract management processes

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- You have a degree in (business) law with a strong knowledge of German contract law, such as the German Civil Code (BGB), general terms and conditions, and ideally in architectural and construction law
- Professional experience in a legal department, ideally in contract management and/or project management, as well as industry experience, are desirable
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of software tools (MS Office) and interest in the development and optimisation of new legal tools
- Goal-orientated, independent way of working as well as team-oriented thinking and acting
- Assertiveness, initiative, and negotiation skills round off your profile

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Wir suchen für unser Legal-Team eine/einen Legal Counsel (Vollzeit/m/w/d) an allen Standorten
- Verantwortung für Vertragsprüfungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und -gestaltungen
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Beratung der Tenderteams im Rahmen der Angebotsphase sowie interner Freigabeprozesse
- Erstellen konzerninterner Vorlagen und (Vertrags-) Mustertexte für die Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei (konzernweiten) Initiativen zur Optimierung von Angebots
- und Vertragsmanagementprozessen

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes (wirtschafts-) juristisches Studium mit ausgeprägten Kenntnissen im deutschen Vertragsrecht, wie BGB, AGB und idealerweise im Architekten
- und Baurecht
- Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsabteilung, idealerweise im Vertragsmanagement und/oder Projektmanagement, sowie Branchenerfahrung sind wünschenswert
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Softwaretools (MS Office) und Interesse an der Entwicklung und Optimierung neuer Legal Tools
- Zielorientierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie teamorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Durchsetzungsgeschick, Eigeninitiative sowie Verhandlungskompetenz runden Ihr Profil ab
