Customer Care Working Student

**Your challenge**:
- Answering of all enquiries from customers (B2C) and partners (B2B)
- Further development of our customer service tools and processes
- Collection and analysis of data for our customer service reports as well as derivation of various optimisation measures
- Research and analysis of ratings on rating platforms
- Continuous revision of our customer service guidelines
- Coordination with our logistic partner
- Possibly supporting our People & Organization department with administrative tasks or bigger projects
- **_Please note: _**_Fluency in written and spoken German and English is a must._**
**Your core skills**:
- Student of Business Administration, Operations, Communications, Service Industry Management, or a similar degree program
- You are studying for at least 12 more months and can work up to 20 hours per week, ideally spread over 4 days per week
- First experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management, or in a service profession (e.g. gastronomy, hotel industry)
- Friendly, personal interaction with our customers and partners
- Knowledge of common Microsoft programmes (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- A structured, detailed and solution-oriented way of working
- You appreciate independent work as well as teamwork
- Ideally, you have experience using customer service tools (e.g. zendesk)
- Experience working in a startup or medium-size company is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English is a must
