- Be the point person on the execution of IPOs, Secondary Offerings, Rights Offerings, Capital Increases, Private Placements and other related Capital Market transactions from mandate through to trading and beyond.
- Bring creativity and novel ideas to outstanding client pitches - turn your ideas into compelling presentations
- Build your network from day one
- Manage and coordinate critical work streams around marketing, sales & distribution, prospectus drafting, legal documentation, banking syndicate
- Communicate and Contribute to project management with issuers, legal counsels, auditors, investor relations advisors and other advisors

YOUR PROFILE
- 3 to 5 year work experience in banking, capital markets or corporate finance advisory
- Equity Capital Markets work experience is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and confidence in interaction
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or comparable, additional qualification preferred
- Fluency in German and English, additional language preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of the equity capital markets business and the German Small and Mid-Cap corporate market
