**Your responsibilities**
- You shape, develop and functionally steer a value-adding and cost-effective Energy Assets Services organisation based in Germany and UK for internal partners and stakeholders across the Uniper international asset portfolio
- You develop approaches to improve Strategic Technical Services as an integrated service partner and to generate new value streams
- You develop a best-in-class Strategic Technical Services, incorporating Gas Turbine Combustion, Gas Turbine & Auxiliary Plant, Gas Storage, Civil Engineering, etc. and give advantage to the Uniper group
- You support Growth Engineering & Project Execution, as resources allow, to deliver the Uniper growth agenda
- To accelerate Energy Asset portfolio transformation and decarbonisation, you provide technical specialist input to support Energy Asset transformation whilst protecting availability, performance and risk profile
**Your profile**
- Demonstrable experience in guiding inspiring and mentoring diverse, multinational teams of engineers at an operational level: Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Gas Storage, etc.
- Technical/ theoretical experience with university degree in engineering, science, business management or similar
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of market trends and developments
- Experience in driving and anchoring change, particularly in delivering a strong HSSE culture through felt management and empowerment
