We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer/ Legal Operations Specialist with a focus on works council documentation and internal end-user documentation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that complies with legal requirements and supports effective communication between our company and the works council. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing internal end-user documentation that facilitates the understanding and effective use of our systems and processes by our employees.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Collaborate with works council representatives and Legal/HR personnel to understand the requirements and objectives related to works council documentation.
- Research and analyze legal requirements and guidelines applicable to works council documentation, ensuring compliance in all created materials.
- Develop comprehensive works council documentation, such as work agreements, process descriptions, data protection policies, and other relevant materials.
- Communicate effectively with works council representatives to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and to address any questions or concerns.
- Create user-friendly and easily understandable end user documentation, including user guides, training materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure that all documentation is well-structured, consistent, and maintains a professional tone and style.
- Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback, system updates, and changes in legal requirements.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing, works council regulations, and user documentation.

**What will you bring to the table?**:

- Fluent proficiency in both **English and**German**(written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a **Technical Writer,** with a focus on **works council documentation** and** internal end-user documentation**.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- Proficiency in using documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, content management systems, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently to gather information and complete documentation projects.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and techniques is a plus.
