Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who drives the delivery of major products and features across the product & engineering organization.
You are responsible for coordinating the planning, estimation, execution, and communication of product delivery work across many cross-functional teams with multiple dependencies.

Aufgaben
- You support our cross-functional product and development teams/clients as Scrum Master
- You will work closely with Product Owner on backlogs and new requests. Coaching and mentoring him and the Team as and when needed
- Your job is to shape and continuously develop our agile workflows — To ensure we are collaborating in the most productive, efficient and pleasant manner
- You educate and mentor everyone in and around the agile process to live up to the agile values
- You have a sense for team dynamics and will pro-actively remove impediments in team
- Your activities are derived from Scrum and other proven agile methods

Qualifikation
- You have several years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- You have knowledge and some real-world experience about scaled agile frameworks, like SAFe, Nexus, LeSS etc.
- Advanced working experience in using JIRA / Confluence and agile tools like planning poker etc.
- You have Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Servant leadership ,empathy and creative problem-solving is your strength
- You are full of ideas how to run agile ceremonies successfully
- You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- You have Scrum Certifications like PSM and CSM
- Fluent knowledge of both English and German language
