**Mission**:
The HR Generalist DACH delivers across a full range of both operational and project-based HR services for TGCS DACH, supporting and enabling the business to achieve its stated aims.

Leading on routine HR activities, the scope of this role will cover the end-to-end employee-lifecycle. Acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters, you will also support various operations activities including office management and facilities management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain correct administration of personnel master data and files.
- Management of personnel processing (entries and exits, works council hearings, drafting of contracts and contract amendments, references, certificates, vacation, and absences).
- Supervision and support of employees and managers in all personnel-related matters.
- Control of recruitment processes across all levels of the business, partnering with the the Talent Lead Europe to identify, select and secure future talent.
- Counsel and coach senior management on appropriate best practice across all aspects of the HR agenda.
- Preparation of HR statistics, reports and commercial evaluations for specialists and executives.
- Implementation of legal and operational changes.
- Trusting and constructive cooperation with the works council.
- Preparation and responsibility for the correct and timely preparation of the monthly payroll.
- Responsible for the vehicle fleet / office management.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in operational human resources work, comfortable with human resources administration.
- Held previous position of seniority in a similar organisation (matrix, international, service-driven).
- Able to establish credibility and build functional accountability.
