Deine Mission
**Als Werkstudent**: in oder Praktikant: in im Marketing-Team bei Predium gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie wir unsere Marke positionieren, Kundenbeziehungen stärken und neue Zielgruppen erschließen. Du unterstützt uns bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung innovativer, kundenzentrierter Marketing-Initiativen und erhältst die Möglichkeit, zentrale Projekte wie Events, Webinare und Content eigenverantwortlich zu planen und umzusetzen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Teams aus Sales, Customer Success und Product zusammen.
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten
- Eventmanagement: Du planst, organisierst und betreust Veranstaltungen wie Messen, Networking-Dinner und Partner-Meetings.
- Webinar-Kampagnen: Du entwickelst und realisierst Webinar-Kampagnen, die nahtlos in unsere Content
- und Vertriebsstrategie eingebettet sind.
- Event Marketing & Reporting: Du steuerst das Event Marketing, erstellst Reportings und sorgst dafür, dass interne Prozesse effizient umgesetzt und kontinuierlich optimiert werden.
- Content Creation: Du bringst eigene Ideen in unseren Content-Kalender ein und erstellst eigenständig Blogbeiträge, Präsentationen, Webinare, Social Media Posts und mehr.
- Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen und unterstützt bei der Dokumentation und Optimierung interner Abläufe.

Dein Profil
- Du bist eingeschriebene: r Student: in im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Events, Webinare und/oder Content - idealerweise in einem Software-Start-up oder Scale-up.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem Zeit
- und Prioritätenmanagement.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailorientiert und setzt Projekte eigenständig und zielgerichtet um.
- Du hast Freude daran, im Team an unterschiedlichen Projekten zu arbeiten und bringst gerne eigene Ideen ein.
- Du hast Spaß daran, Prozesse zu dokumentieren und zu optimieren, um unsere Arbeitsabläufe effizienter zu gestalten.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch - sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
