Your passion for beauty sets you apart, and you are interested in current trends as well as discovering exciting new brands? Negotiation is your passion, and you are always a compelling figure when dealing with suppliers and other stakeholders (both internal and external)? Then you are exactly what we are looking for Your Mission - As a Buyer for Beauty, you will take responsibility for purchasing third-party brands with a clear focus on meeting our customers' needs. You identify opportunities to achieve optimal performance through assortment, trends and brands. - You are familiar with relevant KPIs and take charge of budget planning to continuously monitor and optimize departmental performance. - You independently lead negotiation discussions with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms. - You identify, prioritize, and acquire B2B customers in the beauty segment. - Your focus is on building and maintaining sustainable business relationships. - You manage and continuously develop existing suppliers. - You collaborate closely with departments such as Business Development, Logistics, and Finance to ensure all activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
