**Your challenge**:
As our Principal Pricing and Monetisation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Taxfix’s pricing and monetization strategies across multiple markets and product offerings. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to combine high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, directly driving initiatives and owning day-to-day pricing and monetization projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your insights and contributions will have a significant impact on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue and deliver exceptional customer value.
- Design and implement pricing bundles and upselling mechanisms tailored to different customer segments and markets.
- Actively monitor pricing performance using data-driven analysis, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct hands-on A/B testing and performance evaluations to validate pricing and monetization strategies.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Provide actionable recommendations and communicate updates to stakeholders based on data-driven findings.
- Balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring both high-level goals and immediate objectives are achieved.

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, or related roles within tech, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, pricing models, and performance metrics. Proficiency with tools like Excel, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic long-term value creation with hands-on execution in daily pricing and monetization tasks.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs, particularly in fintech or SaaS contexts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, evolving environments.
