We are seeking a creative Senior Product Designer who loves design, and is interested in social good. You will be part of our Design Team and focus on crafting consistent and engaging visual experiences across our communication, digital and printed matter.

You will
- Own projects, from concept to delivery and work across multiple project deadlines.
- Lead the end-to-end design process for projects by producing artifacts including personas, journey maps, flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Spend time participating in research to deeply understand user behaviors, motivations, and product use
- Work collaboratively with different stakeholders, product, marketing and engineering to collect inputs and optimize design solutions
- Provide and maintain templates easy to be easily reused and customized by other team members
- Think in terms of scalability, modularity to provide visual systems that endure the time
- Create exciting marketing graphics based on our design system
- Design other elements such as illustrations and icons
- Think in terms of meaningful interactions, transitions and animations

You have:

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Graphic Design, or similar role
- A compelling portfolio of Design work
- A strong understanding of design thinking methodologies, product development processes and the ability to organize and execute them
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Cloud (Bug Plus After Effect), Google Suite
- Experience talking to users through research, prototyping, testing and interviews
- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial) or equivalent practical experience

**Interview Process**:
Our goal is to complete your interview process in 3-4 weeks; however, we are happy to move at your pace.

The selection process typically includes 3-4 discussions with different team members, founders and a design assignment. All these aforementioned steps are designed to provide us a thorough understanding of your skill set and at the same time enable you to form an understanding of our team, culture and what we look for in the role. Please note that individual steps in the process may vary depending on the role.
