Since 2017, Edwards TMTT launched more than 4 products - transformational therapies in Europe led by its PASCAL and EVOQUE programs. Every patient is different - be an expert on our **PASCAL**device / therapy and help patients suffering from mitral and tricuspid diseases

**The Field Clinical Specialist**is responsible for educating physicians on Pascal technologies, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques and case support by assigned hospitals / in assigned territories / regions.

**Territory: Germany (Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, northern Niedersachsen) travelling required**

**How you will make an impact**
- Provide education on all aspects of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on all aspects of technical matters related to investigational products and procedures including imaging through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs on two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology
- Act as a lead in providing education on all aspects on two or more technologies or one highly specialized technology of assigned device(s), device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants including full certification for independent case support for field clinical specialists
- Develop and improve training curriculum, training materials and training tools, based on clinical trial experience, guidelines and SOPs
- Responsible for certification of the centers, physicians and other related staff, as well as Edwards personnel and as outlined within Edwards' SOPs
- Observe changes in the market and assigned accounts, activity with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales)
- Other incidental duties

**What you'll need (required)**:

- Clinical or equivalent education (Imaging, Cardiology, Nursing,...)
- Working experience in clinical / technical environment advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience required
- Valid driving license - travelling approx. 70%

**What else we look for (preferred)**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, any other European language is a plus
- Presentation and interpersonal relationship skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Imaging analysis software skills (e.g. 3Mensio, TomTec, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.) are preferred, but not required
