We're looking for a Field Operations Agent to join our Field Operations team in Berlin to ensure that the market-leading standards DICE sets on our app are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.

**About the role**

As a Field Operations Agent, you will be working closely with the Field Operations Manager and the Field Operations Agents to liaise with our venues, promoters and brand partners to ensure that DICE users at shows, club nights and festivals have the very best on-the-day experience.

**NOTE: We're looking for someone to join the team full time on the understanding that there will be different working hours across seven days per week. We'll work with you for the most mutually convenient fit**

**You'll be**
- Providing training on DICE tools, apps and procedures to our partner venues and promoters, as well as delivering first-class support on ticket or tool queries.
- Providing technical support to all our partners, including updating, testing and setting up DICE devices, organising and distributing the hardware.
- Coordinating the box-office planning and the operations on-site, at partner venues and festivals.
- Along with the Field Operations Manager, provide training and a close relationship with DICE Reps, coordinating their shifts and making sure they are the right profile to cover each event's requirements.
- Supporting the Access Control process and scanning tickets if needed.
- Coordinating fan queues.
- Fulfilling admin work, keeping up to date with the latest DICE technology and sharing the feedback collected at events.
- As a Field Operations Agent, you will work office hours as well as on-site hours, the split of your responsibilities will be determined by the market and the events you'll support. We'll work together to make sure your workload remains at 40 hours per week.

**You'll need**
- Fluency in English and German.
- Experience in the live music events environment and in event information administration.
- Good understanding of Android, iOS, Windows and Web working environments.
- Ability to think on your feet and respond quickly and rationally to any urgent issues.
- An eye for detail and excellent communication skills to make sure everyone knows the vital info.
- Event production experience is a plus.
