Utilize generative AI to craft personalized assessments, analyze learning data, ensure quality control of educational materials, and collaborate with Learning Strategists. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our curriculum for student success.

Your deep understanding will enable you to transform complex educational frameworks into AI prompts, creating assessments and insights that elevate our learning materials. You'll develop AI-driven rubrics to ensure content meets high standards and sparks curiosity.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the learning process. You'll analyze data to find knowledge gaps and work with experts to refine our curriculum. Your grasp of learning science and mastery-based learning will be crucial in advancing our instructional methods.

**What you will be doing**
- Designing and enhancing test content to meet educational standards using psychometrics and generative AI tools
- Creating AI-assisted rubrics to evaluate the depth and impact of test content and learning materials
- Ensuring the quality of learning content for engagement, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Interpreting test results and learning analytics to identify curriculum improvements
- Incorporating learning science and mastery-based learning principles into curriculum and assessments
- Engaging in 'second brain' knowledge-sharing to contribute to and benefit from collective expertise

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Manually creating test content or curriculum materials—AI tools will be your ally in these tasks
- Coding to automate systems—your focus will be on learning measurement and content design using AI, while engineers handle technical aspects
- Working in isolation—this role requires active collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines

**Key Responsibilities**

Utilize your psychometric expertise to develop and refine test content using AI, ensuring assessments are personalized, rigorous, and aligned with educational standards. Contribute to enhancing our learning ecosystem through cross-disciplinary collaboration and data-driven insights.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: psychometrics, educational measurement, assessment design, standardized testing, item writing, cognitive psychology in learning, educational data analysis, Item Response Theory, or computer adaptive testing.
- A PhD in a related field.
- Strong grasp of learning science principles and mastery-based learning.
- Proficiency with AI tools for educational content development or the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- User-centric mindset with critical evaluation skills for content appropriateness, accuracy, and relevance.
- Excellent collaborative abilities to work across diverse teams and disciplines.
- A passion for educational innovation and a commitment to enhancing learning outcomes.
