**Job Description**:
In close collaboration with the Marketing Team and with the Product Management Team, and time to time with other departments such as Sales, Service, HR, you will be responsible to ensure the TOMRA Corporate Identity. Designing of the various marketing materials, design concepts for machine launches, visuals for internal and external meetings and events, online and offline purposes will be the everyday tasks. You will also be responsible for the coordination of video
- and photo shootings with third parties, product marketing print and digital such as folders, power points, product animations, 3D, main product catalogue and others. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping marketing platforms updated such as the internal Brand Center and Sales Tools. Also, you will be training a Graphic Design trainee.

**Tasks**
- Ensure the TOMRA Corporate Identity throughout all marketing materials in collaboration with the Graphic Designers in TOMRA worldwide
- Create and coordinate different Graphic Design tasks such as logos, brochures, booth designs, Social Media posts, Power Point presentations and TOMRA location Brandings as well as digital visuals such as banners for newsletters, adverts, wireframes with regards to local needs
- Coordinate and handle video
- and photoshootings inside the TOMRA facilities as well as at a customer site
- Coordinate 3D animations with an external supplier in close collaboration with our Product Management and Sales department
- Support with event organization and machine launches from a visual and an administrative perspective
- Being responsible for a trainee in Graphic Design
- Project management

- Extensive experience in graphic design and video
- Working in an international environment
- Creative, team oriented, flexible, and efficient
- Appreciation of sustainability
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent English language skills
