**Servicetechniker (m/w/d).**

In einer teamorientierten Arbeitsumgebung bist du für unsere Kunden die erste Anlaufstelle für alle technischen Service
- und Supportanfragen. Du interessierst dich für die neuesten Technologien und für die Mikroskopie? Du besitzt ein analytisches Denkvermögen und arbeitest gerne mit Kunden zusammen? Dann bewirb dich und werde Teil unseres Teams

**Das erwartet dich bei uns**:

- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Installationen, Wartungen und Reparaturen vor Ort
- Unterstützung der Inbetriebnahme unserer Bildanalyse-Systeme beim Kunden
- Durchführen der Updates und Upgrades
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen, selbständige Störungsanalyse, Fehlerdiagnose und Fehlerbeseitigung
- Service Reports erstellen
- Erfassung und Dokumentieren der Kundenanfragen

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker (m/w/d), vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Medizintechnik, Mechatronik oder Elektrotechnik
- Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Service von medizintechnischen Produkten
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit elektronischen Komponenten (Netzwerk-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Geduld und Fingerspitzengefühl bei der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
- Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit Windows-Betriebssystemen
- Reisebereitschaft im In
- und Ausland (ca. 33%)
- Teamgeist und Motivation
