**Job mission**:
As a Sustainable Mobility Solutions Provider, we are exploring diverse ways to help people and businesses move beyond traditional automotive. A core part of our work in this area will focus on Purposed Built Vehicles (PBV). The ultimate purpose of a PBV is to provide specialized vehicles to customers based on their specific needs. As a customer-centric company, we are aiming at providing flexible, sustainable mobility products that reflect the diverse needs of people and businesses within the light commercial vehicle segment (LCV).

In this role, you will be part of the PBV team in Kia Europe within the Marketing Product division as a separate department. You will be supporting the PBV team in the creation, coordination, and the execution of the PBV go-to-market strategy and implementation plan.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support in market and competitor research for product positioning, pricing as well as launch strategy regarding solutions and services for European region.
- Support creating a European van conversion strategy including attending partner meetings and summarizing meeting minutes and general conclusions for management reporting.
- Preparing for (monthly) launch planning meetings and committees
- Work together with subsidiaries on product conversion related topics to support European strategy
- Support in organizing pre-launch events for commercial vehicle customers.
- Report desk research and benchmarking results incl. recommendations for light commercial vehicle business.
- Facilitate/organize fact finding trips for headquarter teams including test drive events

**Your Profile**:

- You are a Bachelor or Master student in a business or industrial engineering related field
- You have a sound knowledge of vans, light commercial vehicles, the automotive industry and ideally have experience from previous internships in automotive companies, consulting or start-ups
- You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- You have an excellent command of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- You have a pro-active working approach
- You are a strong team player with an open approach to different nationalities and cultures
