Für unseren Mandant, einer der weltweit führenden Hersteller von pharmazeutischen Produkten und Medizintechnik im Bereich der Ophthalmologie mit Sitz in Berlin, suchen wir einen „ Sales & Product Specialist“ im Bereich Glaukom zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Aufgaben
- Erreichen oder Übertreffen von Marktanteils
- und Wachstumszielen
- Erreichen oder Übertreffen von Quartals
- und Gewinnzielen
- Werbung, Marktzugang und Umsetzung
- Entwicklung eines umfassenden Fachwissens über regionale Vorschriften und Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit Preisgestaltung und Kostenerstattung; Verbesserung und Entwicklung innovativer/kompetitiver Marktzugangsstrategien
- Praktische Unterstützung für HCP
- Pflege von Beziehungen auf hoher Ebene, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Geschäften mit Krankenhäusern/Privatpraxen
- Effektive Verkaufsfähigkeiten, Account Management
- Nutzung von Sales Force(CRM)
- Repräsentation von Glaucoma Surgical Products auf lokalen/nationalen Fachmessen und Ausstellungen
- Gelegentlich können Sie zur Unterstützung von Verkaufs-/Produktaktivitäten in verschiedenen Regionen eingesetzt werden
- Identifizierung und Entwicklung des KOL-Managements
- Interaktion mit dem Core Sales Team/Management
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller regionalen Vorschriften und SOPs
Qualifikation
- Kaufmännischer oder opthamalogischer Masterabschluss bevorzugt

- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Selbstdisziplin
