LINC is a spin-off of Leuphana University Lüneburg and is a pioneering company in the development of psychologically based test procedures and trainings since 2015. Our growing team develops psychologically based instruments for measuring, representing and evaluating personality - and we strive to shape the future of personality psychology. In our work, we combine the topics of psychology, personality, coaching and AI. Become part of our team now.

YOUR TASKS (i.a.):

- Development and optimization of AI models, especially LLMs, to solve complex use cases
- Planning, implementation and management of databases for efficient storage and organization of data
- Development and implementation of training plans for further development of pre-trained models

YOUR PROFILE:

- You have a degree in artificial intelligence, data science or computer science (with a focus on AI)
- You have in-depth knowledge of how LLMs work and how to adapt them to specific use cases in order to improve model performance for specific requirements
- You have profound knowledge of machine learning (ML) and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Hugging Face
- You have experience in database management and in ensuring data quality, including data validation, cleansing and validation
- You have very good English skills (German skills would be a plus)
