**Who are we?**

We are excited to welcome you, our new colleagues, to the team In order to provide exceptional city tours, you will likely undergo the best tour guide training in Germany with us, and you'll also have fun during the process.

**Why do we not charge for our training, and what does the future collaboration look like?**

Unlike many other institutions and companies, we do not require payment from you. Usually, tour guide training can cost up to €12,000.

We consistently have many assignments and actively seek additional team members. Our goal is not to profit from you, as many companies do, but rather to collaborate with you to generate income and contribute to making the world a little happier.

Most of us are not history students or historians. We are simply people who love our neighbourhood and our city.

**Have you never performed a tour before?**

Even better It's easier to learn the right things than to unlearn the wrong ones and then relearn everything.

**Why will you become a top city guide if you pass our examination?**
- Our guides almost exclusively conduct tours for us, which helps them internalize the perfect, friendly interaction with our guests and our company philosophy.
- We support our guides with additional training, such as specialized sessions developed by speech therapists, acting workshops, and much more.
- Your mentor will prepare you for the examination. Afterward, your mentors will accompany you on further tours to provide support and valuable tips during the initial phase.
- If you ever don't know something, you can ask in our internal chat groups, allowing you to answer even the most unusual questions during the tour.
- We conduct the tours exclusively in one language. That means our guests don't have to wait for translations, and you can work smoothly.
- Small groups: Our tours are limited to 21 people for culinary tours and 25 people for non-culinary tours.

You will receive between €15 and €19,5 per hour + tips.

**What are your responsibilities?**

You will narrate fascinating stories, showcase unique places, make people laugh, and have fun during the tour. You will continuously develop yourself, and we will support you individually. Ultimately, we want to remain the best city guides in Berlin.

You must be skilled in handling people and be self-confident One of the requirements is to engage our guests. Excellent English language skills, a great appearance, and a good sense of humor are required.

City and foreign language skills are advantageous but not initially required. We will train you. The internal training is unpaid.

If interested and available, you may also conduct tours in other districts.

Additionally, we would like to work with you in the long term. If you can envision working with us as a guide for a year or more, you might be the right fit for us.
