We are looking for an **Experienced Aircraft Builder / Tinsmith (f/m/d) **for our customer. This position is available in Weßling.

**Task description**

All activities listed are carried out in compliance with all applicable operational, customer/manufacturer-specific and aviation regulations; possibly in English.

Working days will be Monday - Friday - Saturday, according to a shift system.

**Your day to day**:

- Technical guidance and briefing of employees
- Acceptance and handling of aircraft (e.g. briefing and positioning at the parking space, filling out the handover protocols, receiving aircraft papers, transferring the log book complaints in coordination with customer service, refueling and defuelling, etc.); according to the instructions of the technical supervisor/manager
- Preparing and carrying out field work (e.g. carrying out repairs, installing modifications, etc.); in coordination with customer service, supervisors and work preparation
- Carrying out mechanical work/resolving complaints (e.g. inspection points in the maintenance company, assembly work in the manufacturing company, adjustment work, etc.) in a specified overall spectrum; depending on the instruction and authorization
- Provision/adjustment of testing/assembly facilities/tools; If necessary, carrying out maintenance and cleaning work on hand tools
- Checking the parts/components for correctness/completeness (e.g. types, quantity, part numbers, etc.)
- Carrying out functional tests (e.g. landing gear, flight control, tank test, etc.)
- Carrying out simple system-related activities (e.g. structural work, connection techniques, saddlery activities, etc.); according to specifications/instructions
- Documenting detected deviations/results in a specified overall spectrum; depending on the instruction and authorization
- If necessary, identify materials using parts catalogues/illustrated parts catalogues, construction documents, etc.
- Carrying out additional activities in accordance with RUAG type ratings

**Requirements**:

- Valid ZUP (German Security Clearance) is mandatory
- EU Working permit requested
- Previous experience on Business Jets a huge advantage
