- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer Science, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation/administration (Microsoft Business Central) preferably in automotive, aerospace or another highly regulated industry.
- In depth understanding of ERP modules in the areas of Accounting/Controlling, Supply chain management, Production planning & execution and Quality & compliance management.
- Proven experience in daily operations support resolving issues reported by end users by means of solution advisory, debugging errors, fixing configuration setup, developing reports and dashboards.
- Proven experience in providing technical specifications for customizations, testing developed functions, Facilitating user testing and Training.
- Strong understanding of the data model in MS Business Central ERP providing the ability to perform data migration, data updates and data evaluation for integration purposes.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization structure coordinating with stakeholders across business departments, IT, external partners and the management.
- Strong understanding and previous involvement in implementing customizations App extensions and license and user permissions management.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

**Nice to have**:
Certification in any of the areas in ITIL framework and Dynamics 365 Business central

Previous experience and understanding of the manufacturing value chain in aviation or any other highly regulated industry.
