For our location in **Düsseldorf**, optionally **remotely within Europe,** we are looking for a **Backoffice & Application Specialist (M/F/d)**:
**Your key responsibilities**:
The main responsibilities will be:

- Provide technical support and expertise in crushing, materials handling and beneficiation.
- Work with front-end sales teams to support customer enquiries and project proposals.
- Manage and coordinate global projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, reports and presentations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in order to provide innovative solutions.

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, business or related field.
- Proven experience in crushing (hard rock and soft rock), materials handling and processing/recycling.
- Strong understanding of global project management and front-end sales support.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
