**Sales Administration Associate (m/w/d)**
- **Your Duties and Responsibilites**_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and order fulfillment
- Efficiently manage all shipping documents and certificates for the customs clearance
- Oversee credit management and debt collection processes to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Work closely with the business development managers and supporting them with their daily tasks and projects.
- Manage daily operations with HQ in Korea and business partners in Europe
- Administrate sales systems and support sales related operation

- Experiences in administrative work at a FMCG industry or trading business
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in English and basic knowledge in German
- High level of detail-oriented and time management skills
