**Technical support in-house / hotline** (M/F/d)**
We are a world-leading manufacturer in the field of medical technology and deal with technically sophisticated products for the screening, detection, treatment, monitoring and tracking of health problems, such as epilepsy, hearing and sleep disorders and neurological disorders. We offer an extensive product range, from hearing diagnostic systems for newborns to complete measuring devices for the neurological sector and computer solutions for medical devices.
We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated employee for **technical support in-house / hotline **(M/F/d) to support with our Sigma product line. Your place of work can be in one of our branches in Munich or Münster or home office is also possible by arrangement.
**Your tasks**:
- Answering customer calls on the technical hotline
- Recording, planning, processing and documentation of service orders
- Support and installation of devices via remote maintenance - in exceptional cases also on site
- Telephone support from the field service
- Participation in training courses
**Your profile**:
- Technical training with knowledge of electronics and computer technology
- Professional experience is desirable, but career changers are also welcome
- Medical knowledge (e.g. medical device consultant ) desirable
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Service experience (possibly also in the field) is desirable
- Willingness to travel and take part in multi-day training courses/trade fairs and seminars
