Your responsibilities:

- Execute all operational HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Support and advise employees and managers on labor laws and corporate matters related to HR
- Organize and coordinate company representatives at job fairs
- Independently manage and develop HR projects
- Continue to improve and administer the HR system rexx

What impresses us:

- Completed apprenticeship in commerce/business with relevant experience and/or additional qualifications or degree in human resources
- Practical experience in recruiting, employee mentoring, and labor law
- Friendly, communicative, and persuasive demeanor
- General IT knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Independent and structured work style
- Strong sense of team spirit and empathy
- Microsoft Office skills
- Class 3 or B driver’s license
