**The Mission**

**What you’ll be doing**
As an Optical AIT Working Student you will:

- Play a key role in the optical alignment of the payload cameras before the launch of the satellites.
- Perform the on-ground optical performance characterization of the cameras.
- Design opto-mechanical ground support equipment.
- Cooperate with the other AIT disciplines to scale-up the production of optical payloads.

**Relevant skills**
- University degree in related field or engineering. Degree in Physics or Optics Engineering is a plus.
- Basic knowledge in optics and interest in developing in this area.
- Good Python programming skills.
- Organized and structured way of working in the laboratory and clean room.
- Fluent in English and good communication skills.
- Experience in CAD is a plus (Solidworks or equivalent).
